Chryso engineers continually strive to push the boundaries of match ball technology. The innovation of new polyurethane outer surfaces combined with the latest polyester laminates result in higher consistency and more reactive match balls.

For more than a decade, Chryso match balls have been in use exclusively with the Northern Premier League.

The first model, the Aura FSS-66 (also in use with the Ryman League until 2012) was one of our most popular balls ever, and was eventually superceded by the Aura Pro V .

This reincarnation proved to be an incredibly successful ball until it too underwent a technological upshift resulting in the launch of the Spectral Intent Elite – which has been widely acclaimed by players and coaches alike.

Innovation built-in to every ball

The polyurethane outer coating is specifically imported from Japan, and the inner laminate is precision bonded to provide maximum strength and elasticity. The highest grade butyl rubber significantly reduces the rate of pressure loss in the bladder. This quality and consistency shine through every time a Chryso ball is struck.

With this level of experience and expertise, Chryso engineers are able to design and manufacture a ball to suit any playing conditions. Balls are made lo-response or hi-response in order to effect energy transfer and ball speed. Seam positions are 3-D modelled and adjusted to provide different flight trajectories & playing characteristics.

Advancements in material strength and weight call for constant updates and Chryso developed and launched the Geo-Fervour, a thermo-bonded 32-panel match ball, and the Mestalla, a hybrid 32-panel match ball.
